The service does not determine grievance validity, contractual rights, legal deadlines, or representation strategy.

Customers must not use the service for unlawful harassment, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, or collection of information they are not permitted to obtain.
Availability and changes
Service levels, support commitments, pricing and feature availability should be stated in the final commercial agreement.
