This privacy notice is an operational outline for the website and should be aligned with the final production data flows before launch.
Website contact information
When a visitor submits the contact form, the site collects the fields they provide, including name, email, organization, request type and message.
Purpose
Contact information is used to respond to requests, provide account or sales follow-up, and operate the requested service.
Service providers
The website build uses Netlify for hosting/serverless functions and Resend for transactional email. Production call-processing providers must be added here before launch.
Call workflow data
Phone workflows can collect recordings, transcriptions and structured responses depending on configuration. The customer is responsible for giving callers required notices and defining retention and access rules.
Retention
Do not publish a fixed retention period until the production retention policy is set. The operator should retain data only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations.
